The difference

Two sweets, two characters

Laddu and pinni each have their own character. Each is shaped and bound differently, so the texture you taste is the result of deliberate choices made for that sweet alone.

Flour roasting, the balance of ghee, and the way each piece is formed all change what you feel in the mouth. We focus on those differences rather than blending them into one general menu.

Our focus

Narrow focus, careful texture

Limiting ourselves to two sweets lets us give each one full attention. We can refine roasting times and ghee ratios without stretching the process across a broad bakery range.

The result is a clear, unvarnished range. We make no artificial claims about these sweets; we let their shape, texture, and ingredients speak for themselves.
